Exterior · evening lighting
- Textured exterior
- We refreshed the exterior with multiple coats of Sherwin-Williams paint. The textured pink finish and white columns give the building its character.
- Exterior lighting
- Wall lights line the doorways and the covered walkway.
- Exterior ceramic tile
- We installed ceramic tile along the covered exterior walkway. Its light tone complements the pink facade and connects the entrances.
- Custom-size windows
- Custom-size windows made to fit Harding’s openings bring natural light into the interior.
- Fire-rated steel entry doors
- Masonite fire-rated steel entry doors with metal frames, installed as part of the building’s exterior renovation.
Bathroom · shower and basin
- Custom-built shower
- We built the shower from the ground up, with a base made by our team and new tile finishes. The light, speckled surfaces create a cohesive look.
- The basin
- The round white basin sits on a light countertop beside a gold-tone faucet.
- New bathroom vanity
- A new vanity pairs clean lines and wood-tone fronts with a light countertop and vessel sink. Gold-tone details complete the design.
- Site-built shower base
- Our team built the shower base from scratch and finished it with light tile, integrated into the bathroom design.
- Glass shower enclosure
- Glass keeps the shower tile in view and lets light through, with gold-tone hardware that complements the fixtures.
- New bathroom fixtures
- We also replaced the toilet and basin. Their white finishes complement the light bathroom palette and the warm contrast of the vanity.
Interior · kitchenette
- The cabinetry
- White cabinet fronts and gold-tone handles define the storage space.
- Sink and faucet
- The rectangular sink sits within the light countertop, with a curved gold-tone faucet.
- Custom-made countertop
- A countertop custom-made for this kitchen brings together the sink and work surface, with a light finish that complements the white cabinetry.
Interior · flooring and windows
- Vesinet Oak flooring
- We installed Lifeproof luxury vinyl plank flooring in Vesinet Oak. Its light color and woodgrain pattern bring warmth and continuity to the interior.
- Custom-size windows
- Custom-size windows made to fit Harding’s openings bring natural light into the interior.
- New drywall and paint
- We installed new drywall and repainted the interior. Light surfaces complement the natural light and the warmth of the flooring.
Exterior · entry and lighting
- Wall lights
- Round white lights and gold-tone mounts contrast with the pink facade.
- Entry steps
- The steps connect the exterior path with the covered walkway.
- The exterior finish
- Multiple coats of Sherwin-Williams paint refreshed the exterior. The texture of the pink finish is visible up close beside the walkway lights.
