BUYREBSELL

The BUYREBSELL story

A company built one step at a time.

Brothers Yago and Syro lead BUYREBSELL today. Behind the company is a story of hard work, learning, and starting again: a family carpentry business in Argentina, small jobs in Miami, and eventually their own developments in Cleveland. Each stage helped shape the company they now lead together.

The BUYREBSELL journey

  1. Argentina · The roots

    A family carpentry business.

The story began in the carpentry business their father founded in Argentina. Yago worked there, gaining his first experience with materials and craftsmanship. Long before overseeing construction projects, he learned what it takes to turn an idea into something real with his own hands.

  2. 2018 · United States

    Starting again.

The family moved to the United States in 2018. When the carpentry business did not continue as they had hoped, they had to find other ways to make a living. Yago worked in restaurants as a dishwasher and cook, then sold prepared meals to construction workers.

The move into construction happened gradually. Before full home renovations and developments of their own, there were different jobs and plenty to learn. Each step opened up another possibility.

  3. June 2021 · Miami

From small jobs to a growing business.

The first construction jobs were custom brick barbecues and clay ovens. Repairs, small bathroom renovations, kitchen remodels, and apartment renovations followed. Every job, however small, brought experience and the chance to take on more demanding work.

BUYREBSELL was established along that path, in Miami in June 2021. Over time, the company moved into high-end renovations, gaining experience with materials, spaces, and finishes that broadened its approach to design.

The journey also included setbacks and periods of regrouping and starting again. Those experiences taught lessons about the work itself, planning ahead, and the value of relationships built on trust.

  4. Late 2024 · Detroit and Cleveland

A new chapter for the brothers.

Following a reorganization of the business, Syro joined Yago. Around the same time, existing clients in Miami opened the door to projects in Detroit and Cleveland.

The company began working in both markets in late 2024. Those client projects gave the brothers a closer understanding of the homes, costs, and needs of each area. That experience laid the groundwork for the next step: buying and transforming properties of their own.

  5. Today · Cleveland

From client projects to developments of their own.

Lake Avenue and Edgewater represent that next chapter. Both are BUYREBSELL properties in Cleveland and are currently under renovation. They bring together the lessons of earlier projects: recognizing a home's potential, planning its transformation, and coordinating the work to make it happen.

The company continues to serve construction clients in Miami, Detroit, and Cleveland while concentrating its own development in Cleveland. The projects have grown in scope, but the approach remains rooted in steady work, learning from each job, and making considered decisions about the next step.

The leaders of BUYREBSELL

Two brothers. A shared effort.

Yago and Syro make business decisions together and work with construction crews and specialist subcontractors. Their complementary responsibilities connect the vision for each home with the work needed to build it.

Yago

Construction leadership · Product

Yago leads the daily work on the Cleveland projects and guides the crews. Together with Syro, he defines the vision for each home and helps decide how to achieve it.

Syro

Operations · Coordination

Syro organizes people, materials, permits, and plans to keep construction moving. He connects planning with the crews' needs and coordinates each project with Yago.

The experience behind each home

Three markets. One approach to the work.

Miami projects broadened BUYREBSELL's approach to design. Detroit brought cost discipline. In Cleveland, both guide the purchase and transformation of the company's own homes.

Miami

A design perspective

High-end renovations expanded the team's experience with spaces, materials, and finishes. Those lessons inform the design decisions for each home.

Detroit

Making every dollar count

Tight budgets taught the team to anticipate costs and track each budget item. That discipline carries through project planning and construction.

Cleveland

Choosing where to transform

The company combines design and cost control to assess each property. It defines the work and estimates potential resale value before moving forward.

The company's values

Trust is built, too.

For Yago and Syro, growth has also meant learning whom to work with and how to look after those relationships. Their experiences reinforced the importance of speaking clearly and sharing the information needed to make decisions.

Showing how projects are progressing, explaining the process, and communicating openly are part of the company they want to build.

Two functions, one project

Development + Construction.

BUYREBSELL connects investment decisions with the experience to carry out each transformation.

Development

The business behind the home.

BUYREBSELL evaluates and negotiates purchases, organizes capital, and manages each project through to sale. Investment decisions stay connected to the construction budget.

Construction

Bringing the project to life.

Its crews and subcontractors carry the design through construction. That practical experience informs scope estimates, labor and material costs, and coordination at every stage.

The next chapter

Growing through the quality of each home.

Yago and Syro want BUYREBSELL to be known in Cleveland for the quality of its homes and the way it works. The priority is to buy, renovate, and sell the company's own projects using company or investor capital. New construction and commercial developments of their own remain future possibilities where they fit the team's experience and capacity.
